摘要:

为研究厨余垃圾分类设备表面细菌、致病菌随气温变化规律及杀菌效果,用平板计数法和筛选平板分别对设备表面喷洒杀菌剂前后的菌落总数、致病菌和杀菌效果进行6个月的取样检测。结果表明:厨余垃圾分类设备表面菌落总数、致病菌种类和检出率主要受温度影响,温度最高的9月份和最低的11月份,厨余垃圾分类设备表面平均菌落总数分别是2.4×106 cfu/cm2和3.6×104 cfu/cm2;五种厨余垃圾分类设备表面检测到四种常见的致病菌,其中金黄色葡萄球菌和致泻大肠埃希氏菌的平均检出率较高,分别是60%和37%;厨余垃圾分类设备表面喷洒杀菌剂后,作用10min可达到99.77%的杀菌效果。

Abstract:

The methods of plate counting and pathogenic bacteria screening tablet were used to analyze the number of bacteria colonies and pathogens attached on the surface of different kitchen garbage container, exploring the changing rule of the total amount of bacteria colonies and pathogenic bacteria. At the same time, selected a kind of bactericide and verified its sterilization effect on site. The results of 6-month continuous monitoring showed that the total number of bacteria colonies and pathogenic microorganism species on the surface of garbage classification containers were highly correlated with outside temperature. In September with the highest temperature and November with the lowest temperature, the total number of bacteria colonies on the surface of the containers was 2.4×106cfu/cm2 and 3.6×104Cfu/cm2 respectively; four different pathogens were detected on the surface of five different kinds of kitchen waste containers, and the total detection rates of Staphylococcus aureus and diarrheagenic Escherichia coli were 60% and 37%, respectively. The killing rate of the fungicide was more than 99.77% within 10 minutes.
