Analysis on the Application of Full Quantization Treatment Process of Domestic Waste Leachate Membrane Concentrate

Abstract: The full quantization treatment of leachate membrane concentrate in waste incineration power plants is of great significance to the environmental benefits, economic benefits and social benefits of waste incineration power plants. A waste incineration power plant was taken as an example, the full treatment process of leachate membrane concentrate was calculated and analyzed. The result showed that a refined combination of methods including reducing concentrate by membrane, spraying back into the incinerator, and submerged combustion evaporation technology could achieve low energy consumption and zero discharge of leachate membrane concentrates, and the goal of zero discharge of liquid, solid and gas could be achieved at the same time.
