    Environmental Sanitation Engineering(ISSN 1005-8206) follows the recognized publication ethics (Code of Conducts and Guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE, http://publicationethics.org/)).

     

    Our Journal perform single-blind peer review strictly, and executive three-level referee system, including first-review by editor, review by experts, and final judgment by associate editor and editor-in-chief, which can ensure and enhance the quality of papers.

     

    We firmly oppose plagiarism ,fabrication,and falsification in any form. If the misconduct is found, sanctions will include:retracting the paper, informing the authors’ institute, issuing online and printed announcement, and banning the submissions from authors for three years.

     

    The editors, authors and reviewers ofEnvironmental Sanitation Engineeringshould perform the following duties, and adhere to the submission guidelines and other requirements of the journal.

    Duties of Editors

    1. Editors must follow the objective and requirements ofEnvironmental Sanitation Engineering, process manuscripts objectively and fairly, and ensure that each manuscript is reviewed for its intellectual content without regard to gender, race, religion, citizenship, etc. of the authors. They should make efforts to ensure the timely process for contribution by arranging peer review and publication promptly.

    2. Based on the review report of the editorial board, the editor can accept, reject or request modifications to the manuscript. Editors should have no conflict of interest with respect to articles they reject/accept. Editors must ensure that all the information of the received papers should not be disclosed.

    3. Whenever the editors receive a complaint about the publication's ethical issues, they should immediately take response measures to actively investigate, obtain evidence, and implement. If necessary, cancellations, corrections and other work need to be carried out.

    Duties of Authors

    1. Manuscripts must be original, and follow the submission guidelines of the journal. Authors should acknowledge all sources of data used in the research, and ensure that the data from other research work must be cited.

    2. Submitting the same manuscript to more than one journal concurrently constitutes unethical publishing behavior, and it is unacceptable. Authors submitting articles to the journal should affirm that manuscript contents are original. They should also warrant that their article has neither been published elsewhere in any language fully or partly, nor is it under review for publication anywhere. If the misconduct is found, sanctions will include: retracting the paper, informing the authors’ institute, issuing online and printed announcement, and banning the submissions from authors for three years.

    3. All right was reserved by theEnvironmental Sanitation Engineering(ISSN 1005-8206). No content published by the journal may be reproduced or abridged without authorization. Please do not use or copy the layout and the design of the journals without permission.

    4. A completed form of the copyright transfer statement must be returned to theEnvironmental Sanitation Engineeringeditorial office once the paper is accepted for publication. Copyright consists of the exclusive right to reproduce and distribute the article, including offprints and reprints, translations, photographic reproductions, microform, electronic form (offline, online) or other reproductions of similar nature. The Copyright transfer statement can be downloaded in the "download" column.

    5. Authorship should be limited to those who have made a contribution to conception, design, execution or interpretation of the reported study, and there’s no dispute in the author order. Others could be listed in Acknowledgement. Alteration of the author before publication should be consent by all authors to ensure the accuracy of all authors’ rights.

    Duties of Reviewers

    1. Reviewers must ensure that each manuscript reviewed for its intellectual content without regard to gender, race, religion, citizenship, etc. of the authors, and should respect different academic views and shall not make rude, aggressive comments.

    2. Review of submitted manuscripts must be done objectively and the reviewers should express their views clearly with supporting arguments.

    3. When a reviewer feels it is not possible to complete review of manuscript within stipulated time then this information must be communicated to the editor, so that the manuscript could be sent to another reviewer.

    4. Reviewers should have no conflict of interest with respect to the research, the authors and/or the research funders.

    5. Manuscript reviewers must ensure that authors have acknowledged all sources of data used in the research. If the reviewers find plagiarism or a manuscript cast more phenomenon, they should immediately tell the editor.

    6. After received papers, reviewers must ensure that the information should not be disclosed.
