Abstract: A total of 96 public toilets in five provinces were surveyed and discussed from four aspects: facilities, humanized service, sanitary environment and sewage discharge situation. According to the 1203 online and offline questionnairesin from five provinces, a comparative analysis was made from “toilet revolution”process condition,“toilet revolution”satisfaction after modification, “toilet revolution”pertinence problems and difficulties. Suggestions were put forward to further construct the publicity mechanism, increase the capital investment to perfect health facilities, set up long-term maintenance management system and for the development of green toilets enabled by technology.
