分类背景下有害垃圾的回收处理现状及问题分析

摘要: 随着我国生活垃圾分类工作的逐步推进,生活垃圾中厨余垃圾与可回收物的分出率正逐步提高,但有害垃圾的妥善处置量与妥善处置率仍较低。围绕有害垃圾的分类与回收处理问题,以文献调研、现场调研与问卷调研相结合的方法,介绍了我国有害垃圾在源头生活垃圾中的占比及其主要组分等特征,并对当前我国有害垃圾的分类回收与处理现状进行综述,解析有害垃圾分类与回收处理推进工作中存在的主要问题并提出对策建议。以期为进一步推动有害垃圾规范分类、提高有害垃圾妥善处置率提供基础参考与支撑,从而促进我国生活垃圾分类工作深入发展。

Abstract: With the gradual promotion of domestic waste classification in China, the separation rate of kitchen waste and recyclable materials in domestic waste were gradually increasing. However, the amount and rate of proper disposal of hazardous waste remained relatively low. Focused on the classification and recycling of hazardous waste, the characteristics of the mass ratio and main components of hazardous waste in source domestic waste of China were introduced by means of literature research, field research and questionnaire survey.The current status of hazardous waste classification, recycling and treatment in China were summarized. The main existed problems in the promotion of hazardous waste classification and recycling were analyzed,the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward. The study could provide basic reference and support for further promotion of the hazardous waste classification and the increase of proper disposal rate, which could contribute to in-depth development of domestic waste classification in China.
