危险废物刚性填埋场设计与经济性分析

摘要: 以新发布的GB 18598—2019危险废物填埋污染控制标准为设计依据,提出了3种填埋单元的设计方案,对比了不同方案对设计总库容和工程费用的影响。结果表明,相同用地面积下,当填埋单元高度增加时,设计总库容会增大,但单位库容工程费用也会增加。总体上,刚性填埋场单位库容工程费用远高于柔性填埋场,进一步优化设计方案、降低工程费用是刚性填埋场得以广泛应用的关键举措。

Abstract: Based on the newly issued Standard for Pollution Control on the Hazardous Waste Landfill(GB 18598—2019), three design schemes of the landfill units were proposed, and the effects of different schemes on the total design storage capacity and engineering cost were compared. The results showed that with the same land area, when the height of landfill unit increased, the total design storage capacity would increase, but the engineering cost of unit storage capacity would also increase. On the whole, the unit capacity engineering cost of rigid landfill is much higher than that of flexible landfill. Further optimizing the design scheme and reducing the engineering cost will be the key measures for the wide application of rigid landfill.
