50 t/d医疗废物焚烧处理系统设计与工程实践

摘要: 以青岛某医疗废物焚烧处理工程为例,详细介绍了工艺流程和设计参数。工艺包含先进的自动上料系统、回转窑焚烧系统、余热利用系统、烟气处理系统,实现了医疗废物的无害化、减量化处理,运行效果良好。烟气处理系统采用SNCR脱硝、急冷塔、干式除酸、袋式除尘、湿法脱酸、湿式电除尘、SCR脱硝的工艺组合,在烟气排放标准升级的条件下,使烟气达标排放。

Abstract: Taking a medical waste incineration treatment project in Qingdao as an example, the technological process and design parameters were introduced in detail. The process includes advanced automatic feeding system, rotary kiln incineration system, exhaust-heat utilization system and flue gas treatment system, which can realize the harmless and reductive treatment of medical waste and with a good operation effect. The combination of SNCR denitration, quench tower, dry deacidification, bag dedusting, wet deacidification, wet electric dedusting and SCR denitration were adopt in the flue gas treatment system, so that the flue gas discharge could up to the standard under the condition of the flue gas emission standard upgrading.
