摘要: 采用水泥窑热处理技术针对天津某氰化物污染地块的中度、重度污染土壤进行测试,当温度控制在650 ℃以上,加热时间大于10 min时,土壤可达到修复目标值。对水泥窑预处理系统、污染土壤投加系统进行改造后,水泥窑对污染土壤日处理能力达到1 500 t,可满足修复需求。
Abstract: A cement kiln thermal-treatment technology was used to test the moderately and severely polluted soil of a cyanide-contaminated site in Tianjin. When the temperature was controlled above 650 ℃ and the heating time was above 10 min, the soil could reach the target value of remediation. After reforming the cement kiln pretreatment system and contaminated soil addition system, the daily treatment capacity of cement kiln for contaminated soil can reach above 1 500 tons, which can meet the remediation demand.
