摘要: 污泥干化焚烧技术具有显著的污泥减量化、稳定化和无害化特点,在我国已成为污泥处理处置领域的重点研究和重要发展方向。无论从工艺角度还是投资角度,污泥干化设备对污泥处置项目的成败都起着至关重要的作用。以采用桨叶、薄层、盘式干化技术的3种污泥处理工艺为研究对象,从设备结构、物料与能量衡算、工艺流程、控制方法和未来热干化应用角度进行了研究与探讨,以期为类似项目的建设和技术选型提供参考和借鉴。

关键词: 污泥干化, 工艺计算, 系统控制, 发展应用

Abstract: The sludge drying and incineration technology has significant characteristics of sludge reduction, stabilization, and harmlessness, which has become a key research and important development direction in the field of sludge treatment and disposal in China. Whether from the perspective of process or investment, sludge drying equipment plays a crucial role in the success or failure of sludge disposal projects. Three sludge treatment processes using blade, thin film and disc drying technology were studied and discussed from the perspectives of equipment structure, material and energy balance, process flow, control methods and future thermal drying applications, in order to provide reference for the construction and technology selection of similar projects.
