摘要: 在综合考虑环境、经济、社会及基础设施条件等多方面因素的基础上,建立了水面垃圾起岸点的选址决策指标体系。将粗糙集理论、改进的层次分析法以及灰色关联度分析法相结合应用于其中。以某水库为例进行案例分析,基于其实际情况建立指标体系并对其进行科学量化及数据约简,得到了环境适宜、经济节约、社会满意度高、基础设施条件完备的选址方案。

Abstract: On the basis of comprehensive consideration of environmental, economic, social, infrastructure conditions, an indicator system for the location selection decision-making of water surface waste landing point was established. Rough set, improved analytic hierarchy process and grey relational analysis were combined to apply it. A reservoir was taken as an example to analyze the case. Based on its actual situation, the index system was established and scientific quantification and data reduction were carried out. And a site selection scheme with suitable environment, economical economy, high social satisfaction and complete infrastructure conditions was obtained.
