摘要: 对西南地区某垃圾填埋场已矿化的陈腐垃圾性质进行了研究,对从填埋深度5~30 m、填埋龄4~26 a的矿化型陈腐垃圾进行了分选试验,得出随填埋龄增加,陈腐垃圾中厨余类有机物已完全分解、陈腐垃圾总体热值降低、而具有丰富微生物群落的腐殖土占比增高的变化规律,且分选后粒径≥40 mm的筛上物热值相对最高。针对该矿化型陈腐垃圾分选后不同组分性质特点,结合填埋场的实际情况,提出了二级筛选+重力分选+磁选的组合分选工艺,并对分选后不同物料采取的最佳资源化利用组合方法给出建议。

Abstract: The character of mineralized aged refuse in a landfill in southwest was researched. The separation experiments of mineralized aged refuse from different landfill depths of five to thirty meters and landfill age of four to twenty-six years was carried out. It was concluded that with the increase of landfill age, the kitchen waste organic matter had been completely decomposed, the overall calorific value of stale waste decreased, the proportion of humus soil with rich microbial community increased, and the calorific value of material on the sieve with particle size greater than or equal to 40 mm was the highest. According to the characteristics of different components of the mineralized stale waste after separation, combined with the actual situation of the landfill, the combined separation process of two-stage screening, gravity separation and magnetic separation was proposed. And the best combination method of resource utilization of different materials after separation was suggested.
