摘要:

为探究生活垃圾焚烧项目催化剂离线高温再生效果,以天津某垃圾焚烧厂为研究对象,采用工程试验的方法,通过测试SCR催化剂离线高温再生工艺,并对新催化剂、再生前后旧催化剂进行XRF测试,进而总结了此工艺升温、保温、降温各阶段耗时及每个阶段循环烟气中SO2浓度变化趋势,为离线高温再生工艺操作提供应用参考。结果表明:硫酸氢氨(ABS)和硫酸铵(AS)是造成垃圾焚烧项目SCR低温催化剂失活的主要因素性能测试分析结果表明:旧催化剂通过高温离线再生后,催化剂烟气压降减少300Pa,催化剂相对活性恢复72%,离线再生工艺达到了预期效果。以4台750t/d生活垃圾焚烧炉为例,通过成本分析对比,采用离线高温再生工艺每年可节省运营费用403万元,表明离线高温再生工艺经济性较好,具有较高的推广价值。

Abstract:

To explore the effect of SCR catalysts offline high-temperature regeneration in municipal solid waste incineration, a certain municipal solid waste incineration of Everbright Environment in Tianjin was taken as the research object. Through testing the offline high-temperature regeneration process of SCR catalysts, the durations of each stage were recorded in each stage of heating up, holding and cooling down, as well as SO2 concentration, which is helpful to provide an application reference for the operation of the offline high-temperature regeneration process. XRF tests were conducted on new and old catalysts before and after regeneration. The results showed that the main factors causing the deactivation of SCR low-temperature catalysts in municipal solid waste incineration were the contents of ammonium bisulfate (ABS) and ammonium sulfate (AS) in the flue gas. Through performance test and analysis, it was found that compared with before regeneration, the flue gas pressure drop of the catalysts is reduced by 300 Pa, and the relative activity recovered by 72% after catalyst regeneration. The offline regeneration process has achieved the expected effect. Taking 4×750 t/d municipal solid waste incineration as an example,  through cost analysis and comparison, it was found that 4.03 million RMB could be saved annually. The offline high-temperature regeneration process has high economic efficiency and high promotion value.
