摘要: 上海作为全球超大型城市,在人民城市及全球科创中心建设的过程中,园林废弃物产生量不断增加。园林废弃物的资源化利用是在双碳背景下建设“绿色”“低碳”“无废”城市的重要助力。为解决上海园林废弃物出路困局,研究了上海市园林废弃物产生与资源化利用现状、难点,总结了世界典型城市园林废弃物资源化利用的经验,分析了上海市园林废弃物资源化利用系统性问题,并提出了优化上海市园林废弃物资源化利用技术和管理方面的建议。

Abstract: As a global megacity in the world, Shanghai is on its way to building itself into a global science and technology innovation center. Accordingly, the generation of garden waste in Shanghai continues to increase. The resource utilization of garden waste is an important boost for Shanghai to build a “green”, “low-carbon” and “waste-free” city under the strategy to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality. To break the bottleneck of garden waste utilization in Shanghai, The status quo of garden waste generation and resource utilization, together with the challenges were introduced. The experiences of the resource utilization of typical urban garden wastes in the world were summarized. The systematic problems of garden waste resource utilization in Shanghai were discussed, and system optimization suggestions on resource utilization of garden waste in Shanghai were proposed from both management and technical strategy levels.
