本研究提出利用巨菌草汁富集微生物,原位发酵形成厨余垃圾微生物降解剂--厨遇宝菌剂FWMDA-001,用于厨余垃圾微生物降解厨遇宝菌剂FWMDA-001鉴定结果表明含有丰富的降解微生物(34;在相同的条件下室外温度20,菌剂的添加与否对处理厨余垃圾效果差异显著,处理时间60h,普通垃圾桶不加菌(处理组A降解率为10.66±0.73%加菌组(处理B为15.33±1.21%,加菌组比加菌组降解率提高了43.80%。智能垃圾桶不加处理C降解率33.33±2.98%,加菌组(处理D为99.33±10.5%,加菌组比不加菌组降解率提高了199.33%厨遇宝菌剂FWMDA-001具有成本低,来源丰富,菌群互补,效果稳定,厨遇宝菌剂FWMDA-001与智能垃圾桶的配合,利用菌草粉作为发酵基质,配合加菌、加温、搅拌,实现了厨余垃圾的除臭、杀菌、防腐、减量化等高效处理,将厨余垃圾发酵转化为有机肥料用于农业生产。厨遇宝菌剂FWMDA-001为厨余垃圾处理提供稳定可靠的微生物菌剂来源,显现出厨余垃圾微生物处理的高效应用前景。

Abstract:

In this study, it was proposed that the microbiodegradant of food waste, namely CHUYUBAO-FWMDA-001, a kind of bactericide, was formed by in-situ fermentation using Cenchrus fungigraminus juice to enrich microorganisms, which could be used for microbial degradation of food waste. The identification results of CHUYUBAO-FWMDA-001 showed that there were abundant degrading microorganisms (34 species). Under the same conditions (outdoor temperature 20), the effect of adding bactericide on the treatment of kitchen waste was significantly different. After treatment time of 60h, the degradation rate of ordinary garbage cans without adding bacteria (treatment group A) was 10.66±0.73%, while that of adding bacteria (treatment group B) was 15.33±1.21%, and the degradation rate of adding bacteria group was 43.80% higher than that of the non-adding bacteria group. The degradation rate of the smart trash can without bacteria (treatment group C) was 33.33±2.98%, and that of the bacteria group (treatment group D) was 99.33±10.5%, and the degradation rate of the bacteria group was increased by 199.33% compared with the non-bacteria group. CHUYUBAO-FWMDA-001 has the advantages of low cost, abundant sources, complementary flora and stable effect. The combination of CHUYUBAO-FWMDA-001 and smart trash can can realize the efficient treatment of deodorization, sterilization, corrosion prevention and reduction of kitchen waste by using fungus powder as fermentation substrate and adding bacteria, heating and stirring. Fermentation of kitchen waste into organic fertilizer for agricultural production. CHUYUBAO-FWMDA-001 provides a stable and reliable source of microbial agent for the treatment of food waste, showing the prospect of efficient application of microbial treatment of food waste.
