摘要:

生活垃圾焚烧飞灰经固化稳定化处理后,进入生活垃圾卫生填埋场分区填埋是我国现阶段主流处置方式。然而工程实践中,飞灰堆填坡比往往参照生活垃圾的1:3执行,填埋库容未最大程度发挥。分析了不同坡比条件下飞灰边坡和终场覆盖层的稳定性,并分析了填埋库区长宽比和面积对填埋库容的影响研究结果显示:基于飞灰自身土力学特性,飞灰堆填坡比设计值可实现从1:3调整为1:2,甚至1:1,从而显著提高飞灰填埋场库容。当综合考虑飞灰填埋场关闭后终场覆盖层的稳定性,则建议飞灰堆填坡比设计值设置为1:2。飞灰填埋场库容随库区长宽比增加而减小,且库区面积越小,库容降低幅度越大。

Abstract:

At the present, it is the main disposal method in China that municipal solid waste incineration fly ash was first solidified and stabilized, and then sent to a municipal solid waste sanitary landfill for compartmentalized landfill. However, in engineering practice, the stacking slope ratio of fly ash often follows the ratio of 1:3 that is more suitable for municipal solid waste, and the landfill storage capacity has not been maximally utilized. The stability of fly ash slope and final cover under different slope ratio was analyzed, and the influence of length-width ratio and area of landfill reservoir on the storage capacity. The research results show that based on the  geotechnical properties of fly ash itself, the designed value of the stacking slope ratio of fly ash can be adjusted from 1:3 to 1:2, or even to 1:1, thus significantly increasing the storage capacity of the fly ash landfill. Considering the stability of the final cover layer of the fly ash landfill after its closure, the recommended stacking slope ratio of fly ash is 1:2. The storage capacity of the fly ash landfill decreases as the length-width ratio of the landfill area increases, and the smaller the area of the landfill area, the greater the decrease in the storage capacity.
