摘要:

近年来烟气再循环技术在垃圾焚烧项目中得到广泛应用,能够有效降低NOx排放,但烟气再循环设备的腐蚀影响了技术应用的效果和稳定性,因此亟需探讨产生腐蚀的原因和解决对策。本文以广东省某生活垃圾焚烧项目烟气再循环系统为研究对象,从设备选型、工艺布置、操作规范等方面深入分析了设备腐蚀的原因,并在工艺设计、运行调控两个方面提出了优化方案。在工艺设计上应减少设备漏风并设置保护风和疏水管以减轻烟道腐蚀;在运行调控上应严格保障在设计工况下长周期运行。

Abstract:

In recent years, flue gas recirculation technology has been widely applied in waste to energy plants, which can effectively reduce NOx emissions. However, the corrosion of flue gas recirculation equipment has affected the effect and stability of the technology application, so it is urgently needed to explore the causes of corrosion and countermeasures. Based on the study of flue gas recirculation system of a waste to energy incineration plant in Guangdong Province, this paper analyzes the causes of equipment corrosion from the perspectives of equipment selection, process layout, and operation specifications. Countermeasures were proposed in the directions of design and operation regulation, In design, equipment leakage should be reduced and protective wind and drainage pipes should be set to reduce corrosion. In operation regulation, strict compliance with the design operating conditions should be ensured for long-term operation.
