摘要:

污泥干化焚烧技术具有显著的污泥减量化、稳定化和无害化特点,在我国已成为污泥处理处置领域的重点研究和重要发展方向。污泥干化设备无论从工艺角度还是投资角度,对项目的成败都起着至关重要的作用。论文以采用桨叶、薄层、盘式干化技术的三个污泥处理工艺为研究对象,从设备结构、物料与能量衡算、工艺流程、控制方法和未来热干化应用角度进行了研究与探讨,为类似项目的建设和技术选型提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:

The sludge drying and incineration technology has significant characteristics of sludge reduction, stabilization, and harmlessness, and has become a key research and important development direction in the field of sludge treatment and disposal in China. Sludge drying equipment plays a crucial role in the success or failure of projects, both from a process perspective and an investment perspective. The paper takes three sludge treatment projects using blade, thin-layer, and disc drying technologies as research objects, and conducts research and exploration from the perspectives of equipment structure, material balance, process flow, control methods, and future thermal drying applications, providing reference and inspiration for the construction and technology selection of similar projects.
